Affinix Club operates a premium affiliate network connecting advertisers with publishers and media buyers. Our platform provides access to offers, tracking, reporting, and payment processing in accordance with your approved partnership agreement.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Compliance and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of each offer you promote. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: fraudulent traffic, misrepresentation, violation of advertiser or network policies, and any activity that could harm our reputation or operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, thresholds, and schedules are set out in your partnership agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or incorrect payment details provided by you. Chargebacks or reversals may result in account suspension or deduction from future earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Affinix Club remain our property or our licensors’. You may use approved creatives and links solely for the purpose of promoting approved offers in accordance with our guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affinix Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you by us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
